Product Description 

ASV®1330 is a highly adhesive oil developed primarily for lubrication of chains operating under adverse conditions of high temperatures, oxidation, water attack, wear and friction. Fortified with special organic friction-reducing and extreme pressure additives including organo molybdenum complex additives, it penetrates to innermost points and forms a stable wear reducing film to provide effective heavy duty lubrication under high loads and pressures. Its special adhesion improvers prevent the oil from being thrown off or flinging off to ensure maximum lubrication. ASV®1330 offers excellent resistance to water, steam, weathering influences and protects surfaces from corrosion. It does not contain CFCs or any ozone depleting chemicals.

Directions for Use (Bulk)

Use as supplied. Never dilute or mix with other oil or grease. For optimal lubrication and adhesion, clean and degrease the surface of all previous residues, lubricants or contaminants with ASV® CS 50 heavy duty degreaser. Apply to clean surface by regular oiling methods i.e. by brushing, spraying, dipping or drop feed oiling mechanisms. Allow time for lubricant to penetrate and excess lubricant to drip off before restarting operations. For new chains: Thoroughly clean prior to applying this lubricant. It is recommended to keep new chains dipped in the lubricant for 30 minutes to ensure complete penetration to all innermost points. Avoid excessive use. Use as per instructions in manufacturers manual. Replace cap after use.  

Directions for Use (Aerosol)

Clean and degrease chain completely off old oil, grease, dirt or varnish like residues and anti-corrosion coatings. Spray ASV® 1330 and wait for about 10-15 minutes for the lubricant to penetrate to all the points. Wipe off excess lubricant from the chain if likely to operate under dusty environments.

Caution (Aerosol) Contains flammable propellant. Do not spray near naked flame, hot surfaces or energized equipment. Use with adequate ventilation.
