Synthetic PFPE / PTFE Grease for Food Processing Machinery 

 Description

FMG 200 food grade grease is a perfluorinated polyether (PFPE) based lubricating grease for use in severe operating conditions of high temperature and aggressive chemical environments. FMG 200 food grade grease exhibits excellent resistance to thermal degradation and offers excellent lubrication over a wide temperature range of -30 to +288°C. FMG 200 grease exhibits extremely low evaporation loss at high temperatures increases re-lubrication intervals and reduces lubrication and associated maintenance costs thereof. FMG 200 food grade grease is formulated using nontoxic ingredients and food grade additives and meets FDA and NSF H1 requirements for materials that may have incidental food contact.

Directions for Use

Use as supplied. Never dilute or mix with oil or grease. Apply on all clean sliding surfaces by normal greasing methods i.e. by brush, grease gun or dispense via centralized lubrication systems. Replace cover after use.
