High Performance Sprayable Greases For Lubrication of Open Gears  

Applications

ASV OGL 400 grease series are non-melting, sprayable, adhesive greases designed for lubrication and protection of tooth flanks of large open gears exposed to extremely high loads and temperatures.

ASV OGL 400 grease series are based on highly viscous mineral oils thickened with clay thickener with a high content of ultra-fine graphite and select extreme pressure and anti-wear additives.

ASV OGL 400 grease series ensure excellent resistance to shock loading and prevent danger of damage to tooth flanks by continually maintaining a boundary lubricating film between frictional points of mating surfaces.

ASV OGL 400 grease series cling tenaciously to gear tooth flanks and do not squeeze out under high loads and pressures. ASV OGL 400 grease series are capable of withstanding extreme operating and environmental conditions and protects surface from corrosion    and  can be easily pumped via spray systems on to the gear teeth.

Directions for Use

Use as supplied. Never dilute or mix with oil or grease. Apply on all clean sliding surfaces by normal greasing methods i.e. by brush, grease gun or dispense via centralized lubrication systems. Replace cover after use.
