 Applications

 For effective break in or running in of components to prevent excessive wear, friction, galling, seizure of newly assembled machined surfaces.

 As a press fitting lubricant to avoid distortion, misalignment, seizure, galling and reduce pressures required. Makes assembly easy and disassembly non-destructive.

 For preventing cold welding and fretting under static loads.

 For extending wear life of metal components.

 For lubrication of sliding surfaces under slow speeds and heavy loads where an oil film cannot be maintained.

 As a metal release agent for preventing sticking of material during casting.

 As a metal forming lubricant to prevent galling, metal pick up, reduce friction and heat and increase wear life of tools and dies in machining, stamping, cold forming, thread cutting operations.

 As a pretreatment to all sliding surfaces to prevent excessive wear and provide lubrication under vibration and shock loads.

 For lubrication of components exposed to extreme environments as liquid or gaseous oxygen, radiation, and vacuum.

 As an extreme pressure additive to lubricating oils and greases to reduce friction and wear.

 For incorporation and impregnation into plastics, rubbers, metals for low frictional properties as for plastic bearings, rods, bushes, gears, O-rings, seals.

Directions for Use

Clean and degrease the surface prior to application. Apply by tumbling, burnishing, rubbing or polishing on the surface.
