Product Description

ASV Wire Rub Gear Rub is a highly adhesive, semi-liquid, high-pressure lubricant for the lubrication and protection of steel wires and cables that are used under difficult conditions such as overloads, extreme heat or the environment. It penetrates quickly between wire strands, depositing a strong, water-resistant lubricant film that lubricates both internally and externally and protects wires from damage. It prevents premature corrosion and damage to the inner fibers and extends the life of the wires.

The product forms a protective waterproof film on the surface that is impenetrable even when immersed in water.

 For steel wires and cables in all cranes, ships, elevators, especially those exposed to marine environmental conditions or difficult operating conditions.

Usage instructions:

Apply by spraying, brushing or tamponing. Apply to a clean, dry and grease-free surface in a light and thin manner and do not exceed the required amount.

Extreme pressure (EP) additives, or EP additives, are lubricant additives that reduce wear on gear parts subjected to very high pressures. It is also added to cutting fluids for metal shaping
