Weicon Mould Release Agent is an easy to use lubricating and release spray. This high quality, German-engineered technical spray is silicone-free and consists high-grade active ingredients which consist of pure, natural products.

A colourless spray, Weicon Mould Release Agent creates a effective sliding effect which prevents adhesion to plastics, moulds, metals and tools. This high quality spray is used in plastic processing, injection moulding, compression moulding and vacuum moulding applications. It is also employed in situations where tools and equipment must be kept free of surrounding adhesives.

Weicon Mould Release Agent is used in temperatures between -20ºC and 130ºC.

Processing

Before use, ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free of grease (Weicon Cleaner S may be suitable for this). Shake the can of Weicon Mould Release Agent and spray from a distance of about 25cm. The special valve used for every can of this quality technical spray allows spraying from any position.
