Return and Exchange
Policy
Customers have the
right to return or exchange products within [3 days] from the date of receipt,
provided that the products are in their original condition, unused, undamaged,
and have not been tampered with in any way. All accessories and original packaging
must also be included with the product.
The return and
exchange policy does not cover opened products, products damaged due to misuse,
modified or altered products, or any product that does not meet the return
conditions mentioned above.
The customer bears
the shipping costs for both returning and exchanging the products.
Please note that
certain orders, especially those involving bulk quantities or wholesale
requests, may be custom-manufactured based on customer requirements or special
factory orders. In such cases, the product is specifically designed to meet
particular needs and, therefore, cannot be returned or exchanged after the
purchase is completed.
Due to the nature of
these specialized products, which are often manufactured or prepared upon
customer request, we reserve the right to refuse return or exchange requests
for this category of orders. Therefore, we strongly recommend carefully
reviewing the order details before confirming the purchase and ensuring that
